ПРОЕКТ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА ДЕКОРАТИВНОЙ ЩЕПЫ ИЗ ОТХОДОВ ДЕРЕВООБРАБАТЫВАЮЩЕГО КОМПЛЕКСА

В работе представлен проект производства декоративной щепы из отходов действующего деревообрабатывающего комплекса на базе ГКУ РТ «Сабинское лесничество». Проект направлен на решение проблемы комплексной переработки древесного сырья с получением дополнительного объема товарной продукции. Декоративная щепа может быть использована для благоустройства клумб и дорожек, создания национальных орнаментов, а также повышения экологической обстановки городской среды. Производство декоративной щепы интегрировано в структурную схему основного производства деревянных поддонов. На основе баланса образующихся отходов разработана технология получения декоративной щепы, произведен расчет сырья и материалов по каждой операции, спроектирована конструкции ванны для антисептирования и покраски щепы. Исходя из годовой программы выпуска   продукции, длительности технологического цикла окрашивания щепы и принятого режима работы действующего предприятия представлен расчет потребного количества оборудования и параметров его загрузки на каждом этапе выполнения технологически операций. Выполненные расчеты отражены в технологической карте процесса производства декоративной щепы. Экономические расчеты доказали  высокую эффективность и доходность проекта при низких затратах на сырье и производство, что обеспечит его конкурентные преимущества.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF WATER-VACUUM EXTRACTION OF BIRCH FUNGUS CHAGA

The paper presents a project for the production of decorative chips from the waste of the existing woodworking complex on the basis of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Sabinskoe lesnichestvo". The project is aimed at solving the problem of complex processing of wood raw materials with obtaining an additional volume of marketable products. Decorative wood chips can be used for landscaping flower beds and paths, creating national ornaments, as well as improving the ecological situation of the urban environment. The production of decorative wood chips is integrated into the structural scheme of the main production of wooden pallets. On the basis of the balance of waste generated, a technology for producing decorative chips has been developed, raw materials and materials for each operation have been calculated, and the construction of a bath for antisepting and painting chips has been designed. Based on the annual production program, the duration of the technological cycle of chip staining and the accepted operating mode of the operating enterprise, the calculation of the required amount of equipment and its loading parameters at each stage of technological operations is presented. The calculations performed are reflected in the technological map of the production process of decorative chips. Economic calculations have proved the high efficiency and profitability of the project at low costs for raw materials and production, which will ensure its competitive advantages.
